Description

These easy-to-make Cozy Oatmeal Protein Balls are the perfect blend of oats, peanut butter, and honey, providing a delicious and nutritious snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (your favorite flavor)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: Start by grabbing a large mixing bowl and measuring out your oats, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and protein powder.
  2. Mix it all together: In that mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and protein powder until everything is well blended and forms a sticky mixture.
  3. Stir in the goodies: If you’re feeling indulgent, add in the chocolate chips and any chopped nuts or seeds you’ve chosen.
  4. Roll into balls: Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, roughly about one inch in diameter.
  5. Chill before enjoying: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place your balls on it. Pop them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set.
  6. Store for later: Once they’re set, transfer the protein balls to an airtight container and store them in the fridge for easy snacking throughout the week.

Notes

These protein balls can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for quick snacks. Feel free to customize with your favorite nut butters and mix-ins.
